Description:
Within the Calgary city limits lies a full-service, lift-access mountain bike park. The park features freeride, downhill, single-track, dirt jump and stunt park areas for all abilities. A detachable high-speed quad chairlift gives quick access to the summit, entering a world of teeter-totters, bridges, drops and skinnies. Practice makes perfect in our Skills Centre and Stunt Park, or check out the Dirt Jumps with progressive rhythm section tables and doubles. Professional mountain bike instructors are ready to help you improve your skills in a private lesson, semi-private lesson, or in a mountain bike club or program. If you want to try a top-of-the line Kona full suspension or downhill bike, see Slopeside Cycle, the on-hill bike specialists, for bike rentals and repairs.
Downhill Course: Approximately 400-foot vertical descent, rock gardens, berms, doubles, steeps and single-track. Home of a 2004 UCI World Cup event.
West Trees (north-shore): Single and double-track trails with stunts and dirt jump lines.
East Trees: Beginner and intermediate single-track trails.
Drop Park: A multitude of drops from 2” to 10”
Skills Centre: Practice area with skinnies, wall rides, drops and street-style features for all abilities.
Dirt Jumps: 5 jump lines with 4-5 doubles or tables for intermediate to pro levels.
